Out of an abundance of caution, our physical offices are closed effective March 14th, 2020 through March 31st, 2020 at the earliest to help curb the potential transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
It's well known that the most effective way to minimize risk of the virus's transmission is to reduce density and maximize social distance.
As rates of new infections continue to grow, we're taking additional steps to protect our team members and our customers.
We're all still here, just working remotely to keep our employees and customers safe.

For Potential Customers
Demand for our services has increased significantly as more users are working remote and require stable high-speed Internet Service.
We've hired additional field technicians and are working around the clock to facilitate new orders.
If you're in need of service, please fill out our Internet Qualifier form at https://www.siteserver.com/Internet.
For new installations, we'll identify areas we need access to prior to arriving.
Please have these areas open and please minimize any contact with our field technicians.
To help those with children enrolled in online learning,
Siteserver is waiving all installation fees along with the first 60 days of service for those with children enrolled in school and working remotely.
To help reduce exposure, we've stopped all mail/parcel deliveries and cancelled all meetings.
In the event you have a package to deliver, please leave it at the front lobby desk if a signature is not required.
