The following tutorial describes how to configure Entourage to receive Email from one or more of your configured mailboxes.


  • Open Entourage by clicking the icon on your Dock.
  • Once Entourage is loaded you will want to go to "Tools" at the top corner of your screen.
  • Then you will want to click "Accounts".

 

 

  • Click the "New" button, then click "Mail".

 

 

  • You will then next click on the configure account manually.

 

  • The Next window will ask for you to input Your user information
  • You will want to put in our information in the fields provided.
  • Under the reciving mail section you will want to enter your Email address.
  • For the POP server enter pop3.siteserver.net.
  • Also enter the password that you have for your email account.
  • Then under the Sending mail section enter next to the SMTP server smtp.siteserver.net

 

  • Lastly you will Click the "Click here for advanced sending options" button.
  • Check the override default SMTP port and put 587 in for the port.
  • Also check the SMTP server requires authorization and make sure that it is set to use the same settings as your receiving mail server.
